Step1:- Go to start menu click search button. 

      

                                             Step2:- Click search bar type cmd. then enter.

                                             Step3:-  Go to title bar then right click then go to properties.

 

Step4:- Go to layout to change width and height.

              Step5:- change both of them width =168,height =9001.   

      

Step6:- after that cmd prompt full screen.
